it's funny that you'd call anyone else an "insecure child," since you spend most of your journal talking about how your hair looks or other aspects of your appearance, and about playing video games and watching cartoons. yes, you are truly a MAN of mature, cultured tastes, and clearly have no insecurities whatsoever. if only we could all be as amazing as you, o jeremy.

i just wanted to tell you both, jeremy and lisa, that you both ruled the skool and the playground on tuesday at the hungry brain show! i was an airiel virgin till you both popped my cherry. jeremy you looked sexy up on stage and lisa...beautiful. you and the bass go hand in hand. the musick was amazing. i was taken a back. the song "halo"...the musick to it was incredible. that is what i imagine love to feel like. i loved the entire set but "halo" was what brought a tear to my desert eyeballs. i look forward to seeing you both on stage and feeling your musick again very soon. and i am not bullshitting you both either, thank you for blessing the musick world with what you both have to offer. i am done now..and take care both of you amazing people.

SLOWDIVE...well that certainly brings some good memories. But I've got a puzzle into my head and I wish someone could help me out. The first Slowdive song I've ever heard was Catch the breeze in an indie compilation. A little later I heard another band (which was also called Slowdive) and their sound was like early My bloody Valentine (the first was like late MB Valentine). Is it the same band???
Halstead was a member of Catch the breeze Slowdive, right?
(Who am I, where do I come from and where do I go from here?)...ok, just answer the first questions and I'll be satisfied...for a while

Hi Jeremy,
I don't know if you remember me or not but I had a band called Moon Symphony 2000 a couple of years ago. (Bloom 3, Peri and all that stuff) Anyway, I have a group named audomobil that just released a cd on an Atlanta based label and we've been trying to put together a few shows on the way to Chicago and I thought about you guys. Are you guys playing at all in the Bloomington area anymore? If so, I would love to play with you guys if you would be up for having us open. If you're not playing out right now then I would greatly appreciate any advice or names you could throw me in regards to Bloomington and Indianapolis. We'll be available to play either Thursday October 11th or Friday 12th. Thanks for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.

Yo baby, this is Smoove E. Please let me break it down for you. Your fineness is on my mind. It is on my mind at only two times: day and night. Boy, I would go to the ends of the earth for you. I would travel all the way to Skokie, where I would select the finest malt liquors for you to drink, and then I would bring them to your door. After you let me in, we would let the freaking commence. When I am done giving it to you I will leave, but your fineness will always be on my mind.

People oft accuse the 'maladjusted' of hearing voices. A counterpoint I would like to air concerns the duality of any given person's thought processes, and the diversity of our emotional spectrums. If we were to assume that the internal monologue of the brain is actually a symphony of voices, all of which comprise what could be regarded as the chorus of our conciousness; which voice would you determine to the captain of your respective vessels?

Um.
Your news section makes for a pretty dry read dude. It's like, all about your computer problems. I may be going out on a limb here...but that's boring. What you need, are more explosions and fast cars and like, hot babes having sweaty sex and stuff like that. Just a thought.
